Each recipient gets an email featuring your personalized message, a link to our online reward store, and a discount code to use there. The value of the code matches the amount you've decided to gift.
The recipient clicks the "Choose my reward" button in the received email to access the online reward store, adds one or more rewards to their shopping cart, and the discount code is automatically applied to their cart, deducting the gift amount from the total payable. After finalizing their order, the recipient receives their reward(s) within the specified delivery times.
The subject line, the body of the message, and the email signature can be customized. During your order process, you'll be able to preview the email that will be sent to your recipients.
Yes. For example, you can offer $50 to one recipient and $100 to another recipient within the same order.
There are no fees to pay for using the platform. Only a transaction fee of 3% applies for credit card payments.
Gift cards offered on our website are non-taxable. However, when a purchase is made through the Accolad self-service platform, it is a gift code (or discount code) that your recipients can use to select a gift card from our rewards store.
This gift code, being considered a reward, is therefore subject to taxes. However, your business can recover 100% of these taxes as input tax credits.
As a result, the net cost for your company remains unchanged, and your recipients do not have any taxes to pay. The recipient’s final transaction is completed with gift cards, which are non-taxable and incur no additional fees.
