Fairmont Gift Card USD

The Fairmont gift card, in physical or electronic format, can be used to pay for any expense incurred at establishments managed by Fairmont at the time of its use. Fairmont gift cards can also be used at Fairmont stores (in hotels and online), at golf courses owned and operated by Fairmont, at dining outlets owned and operated by Fairmont, at spas owned and operated by Fairmont, and at any other outlet related to Fairmont hotels and resorts. The Willow Stream gift card can be used to pay for any service received at a Willow Stream spa or any product purchased at a Willow Stream store. The Willow Stream gift card cannot be used to pay for expenses at establishments managed by Fairmont, Fairmont stores, Fairmont golf courses, dining outlets owned and operated by Fairmont, or any other outlet related to Fairmont hotels and resorts.

Gift cards are available in Canadian and American dollars on our website. If a gift card is used at a hotel or resort where the local currency is not the Canadian or American dollar, the gift card terminal will use Oanda to obtain the current exchange rate to calculate the credit. Exchange rates are set according to market conditions and cannot be adjusted by Fairmont. Fairmont and Willow Stream gift cards can be combined with other forms of payment. Customer charges exceeding the value of the gift card can be settled in cash or by credit card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value unless used. Electronic gift cards cannot be exchanged for physical gift cards.

Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed unless recipient has properly registered them. Only the balance remaining on registered Gift Cards will be replaced. Gift Cards may not be valid where restricted by law. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this certificate is the recipient’s responsibility. Locations listed on certificate are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are fully transferable and combinable. Gift Cards may be used for the aforementioned at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts locations, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.
