Online Redemption via the App

  1. Create an account or sign in to your account on the DoorDash App
  2. Tap on Account
  3. Tap on Credits and Gift Cards
  4. Enter the eGift Card number and PIN code (if required), making sure there are no additional spaces in the card number or PIN code when you type them in
  5. Tap on Redeem

Online Redemption via the website

  1. Create an account or sign in to your account on doordash.com
  2. Click on the menu icon in the top left corner
  3. Click on Credits and Gift Cards
  4. Enter the eGift Card number and PIN code (if required), making sure there are no additional spaces in the card number or PIN code when you type them in
  5. Click Redeem

The DoorDash eGift Card has no fees or expiry date, and is only redeemable in Canada towards eligible orders placed on doordash.com or via the DoorDash App. This eGift Card cannot be used to pay a credit account. Purchases made with the DoorDash eGift Card are subject to the DoorDash standard refund policy, and any refund amounts will be credited back to the customer's DoorDash account.

This eGift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your consent. This eGift Card cannot be reloaded, re-sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if re-sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
