I received an Accolad gift code. How do I use it?

Important

For security reasons, your Accolad gift code can only be used once. You must therefore spend the entire value of your Accolad gift code in a single order. To do this, you can add as many products as you want to your shopping cart.

Steps to follow

Unless you have a special agreement with your employer, simply click on the “Choose my reward” button in the recognition email you received to be directed to your employer’s online rewards store.

In the store, you can select one or more virtual gift cards and add them to your shopping cart.

A window will then open on the right of your screen. Click on the “Payment” button to finalize your order.

Your Accolad gift code should already be applied to your shopping cart. If not, copy the Accolad gift code from the bottom of your acknowledgement email and paste it into the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field. Then click the “Validate” button to apply the Accolad gift code to your shopping cart.

Enter your email address in the “Contact” section and fill in all required fields in the “Billing Address” section.

A confirmation email will let you know that we have received your order.

I did not receive the virtual gift card I ordered.

Any virtual gift card is delivered by email or online within the time frame indicated on the product webpage (see the “Email Delivery Time” section).

If you have not received the ordered virtual gift card within the indicated time frame:

  1. Check if you received the gift card in your junk mail.
  2. Click the “View your order” button in the confirmation email received after placing your order. Your gift card may be available to retrieve from this page by clicking the “Retrieve my gift card” button.
  3. If you were unable to retrieve your gift card through steps 1 and 2, you can write to us via our contact form . Additional delays may apply due to the volume of orders we receive or for other reasons.

I only received part of the gift cards I ordered. Is this normal?

Yes. In order to offer a wide selection of gift cards to our customers, we have agreements with several suppliers. You can therefore receive part of the products in your order after a few days and the rest a little later.

Behind the scenes, we are working hard to complete all the necessary steps to get your gift cards delivered by email or online as quickly as possible, but delays vary depending on our suppliers and the volume of orders we receive.
