Our multibanner gift card can be used in any of the above banners. Our gift cards never expire.

Use

To use your e-gift card from a mobile device, display the gift card barcode and the associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Terms

Gift cards are valid at participating stores in Canada. They can be used to purchase any in-store products, except for other company gift cards (grocery, fuel, or alcohol) and third-party gift cards at Thrifty Foods, Needs convenience stores, and Quebec banners, as well as where prohibited by law. Gift cards have no expiration date and no associated fees. Check your card balance in-store or by calling 1-800-832-0717. Protect your card as you would cash. The card balance cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your consent. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Gift cards can be redeemed at Sobeys, IGA, Foodland, Safeway, FreshCo, Chalo! FreshCo, Rachelle-Béry, Les Marchés Tradition, Thrifty Foods, Lawtons, Needs, and Fast Fuel locations across Canada. In British Columbia, Sobeys Inc. gift cards are only accepted at the following IGA stores: 1. 4823 50 Avenue, Fort Nelson (V0C 1R0); 2. 5001 50 Avenue, Chetwynd (V0C 1J0); 3. 624 9 Avenue North, Golden (V0A 1H0).
